3. Order Process

When you place an order with us:

  • Payment must be completed before we begin work on your song
  • You will receive email confirmations at each stage of the process
  • We reserve the right to contact you for clarification if needed

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments through secure payment gateways including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Payment is required in full before production begins
  • All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay

5. Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Content

Our songs are created using a hybrid process involving AI-assisted generation and human creative input. Upon full payment and delivery of your custom song:

  • You receive full ownership rights to use the song for personal purposes
  • Personal use includes playing at events, sharing with family/friends, and posting on social media
  • Commercial usage rights (advertising, resale, etc.) may require additional licensing
  • The AI-generated components combined with human editing create a unique work for you
  • We retain the right to showcase anonymous samples in our portfolio
  • You may not claim the song was created entirely without AI assistance

6. AI Technology Disclosure

7. Revisions Policy

Each order includes 1 revision on lyrics:

  • 1 revision is included with every order
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Please provide specific feedback for the revision
  • Additional revisions beyond the included one may incur extra charges

8. Delivery

Songs are delivered digitally via email and/or download link:

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express delivery: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)
  • Rush delivery: 24-48 hours (subject to availability)
  • Download links remain active for 30 days

9. User Responsibilities
