At DiCustomSong, we strive to create the perfect custom song for you. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our artists.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Order Not Started: Full refund if you cancel before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement)
- Significant Delay: If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe without prior communication
- Technical Issues: If the delivered audio file is corrupted or unplayable
- Order Mismatch: If the song significantly differs from your specified requirements (wrong occasion, wrong language, etc.)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Subjective preferences about artistic style or vocal quality
- Requests made after the revision period has ended
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Songs that meet the specifications but don't match personal expectations
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
4. Revision vs Refund
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use your included revision:
- Every order includes 1 revision on lyrics
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Our team is committed to making the song perfect for you. Most concerns can be resolved through the revision process. Please provide specific feedback so we can better address your needs.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us through the Contact page with your order number
- Select "Refund Request" as the subject
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
6. Refund Amounts
Depending on the stage of production, refunds may be:
- Before Production: 100% refund
- During Production (lyrics stage): 70% refund
- During Production (recording stage): 50% refund
- After First Draft Delivery: Revisions only, no refund
- Technical Issues After Delivery: Replacement or 100% refund
7. Payment Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Wallet payments: 2-3 business days
Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
8. Express/Rush Orders
For express and rush delivery orders, the following applies:
- Express fee is non-refundable once work has begun
- If we fail to meet the express deadline, the express fee will be refunded
- Standard refund policies apply to the base order amount
9. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:
- Inappropriate or offensive content requests
- Copyright or legal concerns
- Technical or operational issues
In such cases, you will receive a full 100% refund within 3-5 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

- A senior team member will review and provide a final decision within 5 business days
